It was found that in general, the quality of interaction and the quality of work are directly proportional. But to make a concrete conclusion, get ahead research is required. The objective is also to find out whether the quality affinity amidst employees and managers improve the quality of the work. How far does it make any difference in performance?This makeup takes into account research based on employees reaction to the level of interaction with the management and how does that interaction regular ise the quality of an employees performance by and large. Instead of quantitative research, qualitative research is opted to draw the conclusion. The manager-employee communication has a critical impact on performance. That is why companies often neglect to emphasize or provide prepare to help managers build this important connection? According to exit-interview, research tells that the primary reason people abandon their jobs in their plaque is their managers. It is said that human resource is the biggest asset and biggest liability of an organization. To make use of an organizations human resource pool, it is extremely important to maintain quality interaction among all the bit members. End of the day, manager and employees work together as a team. If the performance is good, then not besides they are benefited individually, but the office also gets advantages.
